Reporting a problem

Every listing, user profile, and conversation can be reported directly from within the app using the in-app report tools. You can also block another user to stop them messaging you or appearing in your feed.

We review every report we receive and, where content breaches our policies, we will remove it and remove the responsible user within 24 hours of the report being received.

Common topics

Account & sign-in

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset code by email. For other account issues, email us and include the email address on your account.

Buying

If an item hasn't arrived or isn't as described, you may be covered by our Buyer Protection. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with supporting evidence. See the in-app policies for full details.

Selling & payouts

Sellers receive payouts after delivery is confirmed. Make sure your listings are accurate and you ship within the stated timeframe.

Refunds & disputes

Returns and refunds are handled through our dispute resolution process. Start by contacting the other party where possible, then reach out to us if you can't reach a resolution.
