RevvMarket ("we", "our", "us") provides a Buyer Protection service for transactions conducted through the platform. This service is designed to protect buyers against specific risks associated with peer-to-peer marketplace purchases.

By completing a purchase on RevvMarket, you agree to this Buyer Protection Policy.

2. Scope of Buyer Protection

Buyer Protection applies only in the following circumstances:

Buyers must submit a claim within 48 hours of confirmed delivery of the item.

5. Investigation and Resolution

RevvMarket will review all submitted evidence and may request additional information from either party. Sellers may be required to respond within a specified timeframe.

RevvMarket reserves the right to make a final determination at its sole discretion.

Where a claim is upheld, RevvMarket may, at its discretion:

Return shipping arrangements and costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Fees

Buyer Protection is a paid service and the associated fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Platform Requirement

All transactions must be completed through the RevvMarket platform to qualify for Buyer Protection. RevvMarket accepts no responsibility for transactions conducted outside the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

RevvMarket operates as an intermediary marketplace and does not take ownership of listed items. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevvMarket disclaims all liability for losses arising from transactions between users.
