4. Buyer Protection Policy
4.1 Coverage
Buyers are protected if:
- Item is not received
- Item significantly differs from description
4.2 Claims Process
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Evidence must be provided
4.3 Resolution
RevvMarket may issue refunds or other remedies at its discretion.
5. Fees & Payments Policy
- Buyer protection fee applies to purchases
- Payment processing fees may apply
- Sellers receive payouts after confirmation of delivery
6. Refunds & Returns Policy
- Returns are only accepted through dispute resolution
- Refunds issued where applicable
7. Prohibited Items Policy
Prohibited items include:
- Damaged helmets
- Recalled products
- Counterfeit goods
8. Authenticity Policy
All items must be genuine. Counterfeit items will be removed and may result in account suspension.
9. Safety & Compliance Policy
Users must ensure that all safety gear complies with relevant standards (e.g., ECE, DOT). RevvMarket is not responsible for verifying safety compliance.
10. Shipping Policy
- Sellers must ship within stated timeframe
- Tracking may be required
- Risk transfers upon delivery
11. Dispute Resolution Policy
- Disputes handled through platform
- RevvMarket decisions are final
12. Intellectual Property Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. Users must not infringe trademarks or copyrights.
13. Account Suspension Policy
Accounts may be suspended for:

14. Limitation of Liability
RevvMarket operates as a marketplace and is not responsible for items sold.

Promotions may be offered and are subject to terms. Abuse may result in disqualification.

17. Content Moderation & Objectionable Content Policy
RevvMarket operates a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users. This policy applies to all user-generated content on the platform, including listings, images, profiles, reviews, and messages.
17.1 Objectionable Content
Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or promoting illegal activity
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
- Sexually explicit, obscene, or violent
- Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise prohibited under our policies
- Spam, misleading, or deliberately deceptive
17.2 Reporting
Every listing, user profile, and conversation can be reported from within the app using the in-app report tools. Users can also block other users to stop them messaging you or appearing in your feed.
17.3 Our Commitment
We review every report we receive. Where content is found to breach this policy, we will remove the offending content and eject the responsible user within 24 hours of the report being received.
17.4 Enforcement
Depending on the severity of the breach, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account without prior notice. We may also report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.
